Magnificent Stay at one of the Finest Palaces of Taj!!
It is really difficult to express how I felt during my stay at this Fantastic Palace of Taj because everything was impeccable and incomparable. I had just gone their for lunch but after seeing the property and experiencing the warmth in their hospitality, I couldn't resist staying and booked a room right away. It was the best decision I have ever made otherwise I would have regretted later on. This property itself is an experience. Started from Silver Saloon where Ravi looked after our table to give us excellent service, very generous and a kind hearted person. Chef Rakesh Gouniyal is the perfect culinary guy any hotel can ask for, so grounded and makes the perfect food with his team and Chef Munish. He also took us for the organic garden experience that was really nice and treated us with some lovely fruits and vegetables over their. Even the breakfast spread at Silver Saloon was excellent. Mr. Bheru Singh is an asset to this Palace with the lovely welcoming that he did for us along with Sangita. Last but not the least, we met a very humble and generous person Mr. Varun Soni, the HR manager who was really helpful with everything. Kudos to you guys, you make the brand 'Taj'. Will surely visit soon and this time for good 3-4 nights. All the best

A holiday fit for royalty
From the time we arrived at the hotel, till we left, we were treated like royalty. The hotel promptly called and checked in advance about our arrival. The GM and his team were present to welcome us when we arrived. All safety precautions were observed by the hotel & staff. We were checked into our room and all formalities were completed in the room to ensure social distancing and convenience. Food at the hotel was exquisite. Like my wife rightly put it "Chef Rakesh cook's with heart"! He has magic in his hands. Arguably the best Indian food we've ever had... consistently delightful over three days. Could sense the love and passion in his cooking. Staff at the hotel was courteous, attentive, polite and unobtrusive. I must compliment Aditi, Bhairon Singh (front office), Amit Gupta, Sandeep, Ravi, Abhishek, Pramod (F&B) and the housekeeping staff. And last but not the least, a big thank you to the interim GM, Vishal Sharma, under whose able leadership the Taj Usha Kiran Palace is in very good hands. IHCL is lucky to have such lovely people in its midst. Once again, experienced 'Tajness in its Fullness'!
